This is the Soldiers and Sailors Special Edition issued for the WAR CAMP COMMUNITY SERVICE! "Surround the Camp With Hospitality." This has wonderful cover graphics. It is a single-fold gazette style publication on news stock. This measures 17 inches X 11 inches. You can see the vintage edge wear and the creasing.
